We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at redberguk@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., used product or damaged packaging), we will notify you via email.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened glove boxes
  • Used items
  • Clearance or sale items (marked as “Final Sale”)
